Return & Replacement Policy – Auracin
At Auracin, each pendant is handcrafted using preserved flowers and resin. Because every piece is handmade and unique, we maintain a strict return and replacement policy to ensure fairness for both our customers and our small business.
Eligibility for Replacement
We only offer replacements in the following situations:
- The product received is damaged during delivery
- The wrong product was sent by us
Requests for replacement must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Proof Requirement
To process a replacement request, customers must provide:
- Clear photos of the product
- A complete unboxing video showing the condition of the package and product
The unboxing video must clearly show that the package was unopened before recording.
Requests without proper proof may not be eligible for replacement.
Replacement Process
Once the issue is verified by our team, a replacement product will be sent.
Auracin currently does not offer refunds. Only replacements will be provided for eligible cases.
Return Shipping
Customers are required to return the product before receiving a replacement.
A nominal return shipping fee of ₹50 will be charged for the replacement process.
Non-Returnable Situations
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, replacements will not be accepted for the following reasons:
- Minor variations in flower shape, size, or color
- Slight differences between product photos and the final handmade piece
- Change of mind after placing the order
- Incorrect product choice by the customer
- Damage caused by improper handling or misuse
- Products that have already been used or worn
- Requests made after 24 hours of delivery
- Orders placed with incorrect shipping information
Each Auracin piece is unique and handmade, which means no two pendants will be exactly identical.
