Auracin provides handcrafted jewelry made using preserved flowers and resin. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this document.

Auracin reserves the right to update, modify, or change these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Product Information

Each Auracin piece is handcrafted and unique. Due to the handmade nature of our products:

- Slight variations in flower shape, color, and placement may occur

- Product colors may appear slightly different due to lighting and screen settings

These variations are natural and are not considered defects.

Pricing

All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR).

Auracin reserves the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice.

Order Acceptance

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation message. However, Auracin reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order if:

- A product becomes unavailable

- There is an issue with payment processing

- Incorrect pricing or product information appears on the website

In such cases, the customer will be notified.

Shipping

Orders are processed within 2 working days and delivered within 4–6 working days, depending on the location.

Auracin uses local courier partners to deliver orders across India. Shipping delays may occur due to weather conditions, courier issues, festivals, or high order volumes.

Returns & Replacements

Auracin only offers replacements in cases where:

- The product received is damaged

- The wrong product was sent

Requests must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with clear photos and an unboxing video.

Auracin does not offer refunds. Only replacements are provided for eligible cases.

Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed, cancellations are not allowed as our products are handcrafted and prepared soon after order confirmation.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including product designs, images, graphics, logos, and text, is the property of Auracin.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content from this website without written permission is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Auracin is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.
